Japanese Dating
In Western culture, it is often the man who will pay on dates! Is this the same when dating a Japanese man?
This may seem a daft question. However I am interested in finding out about Japanese culture and dating etiquette! I am going to Japan soon and would like to try and date a Japanese man and would like any advice. Do Japanese men like dating western women? Im intrigued by it all.
As a Jap girl myself, I think same or more so especially the date is older than you. However, ask how much it was and try to pay your share after leave restaurant or wherever is consider nice polite gesture. Most of them refuse to take so thank them and tell them you’ll pay next time if your keen. They usually pay next time also, though young people often share.
I guess many Jap men dream about it as many of them believe western women are beyond their reach. But they can be picky in appearance (too tall or too fat for them, what you wear and so on).
